1. No Return Policy

For health, safety, and hygiene reasons, Earth Infused does not accept product returns or exchanges once an order has been delivered.

As our products are consumable food and wellness items, they cannot be restocked or resold after leaving our facility.

2. Eligible Cases for Refund or Replacement

Refunds or replacements may be considered only under the following circumstances:

  • The product received is expired at the time of delivery

  • The product is spoiled, leaking, or compromised before its stated expiry date

  • The product packaging is damaged during transit in a manner that affects product safety or quality

All requests are subject to verification and approval by the Earth Infused team.

3. Reporting an Issue

If you experience any of the situations mentioned above, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery.

Requests submitted beyond this timeframe may not be eligible for review.

  • Order number

  • Product name

  • Clear photographs showing:

    • The product

    • Outer packaging

    • Batch number and expiry date

    • Visible issue or damage

Our team will review the request and respond within 2–3 business days.

Earth Infused reserves the right to request additional information if required for verification.

4. Resolution

If the issue is verified and approved, Earth Infused may offer one of the following resolutions at its discretion:

  • Replacement of the affected product, or

  • Refund to the original payment method

Refunds, where applicable, are typically processed within 5–7 business days, depending on the payment provider or bank.

Shipping charges, if applicable, may not be refundable unless the issue is directly attributable to a product defect or damage during transit.

5. Non-Eligible Situations

Refunds or replacements cannot be issued in the following situations:

  • Change of mind after purchase

  • Taste preference or personal liking

  • Minor natural variations in color, texture, aroma, or consistency, which may occur due to the use of real, natural ingredients

  • Incorrect shipping address provided by the customer

  • Failed delivery attempts by the courier due to customer unavailability

  • Improper storage, handling, or usage of the product after delivery

  • Products that have been opened, consumed, or tampered with

  • Requests made after 48 hours of delivery

6. Natural Product Disclaimer

Earth Infused products are crafted using natural ingredients without synthetic stabilizers or artificial preservatives.

As a result, slight variations in taste, texture, color, or aroma may naturally occur between batches. Such variations are normal and do not constitute product defects.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted under applicable law, Earth Infused’s liability in relation to any product purchased from the website shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific product.

Earth Infused shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including but not limited to dissatisfaction with taste, personal preference, or delays caused by third-party logistics partners.

All refund and replacement requests are subject to verification by the Earth Infused team.

Earth Infused reserves the right to approve, decline, or resolve claims at its sole discretion based on the information provided and the circumstances of the request.
